The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and very clean. The lovely comfy bed offered quality linen for a restful night, while the kitchen had excellent facilities, making it easy to prepare meals. I also appreciated the friendly reception staff, particularly Steven, who welcomed us warmly despite our early arrival. The shower was terrific too!

very pleasant overall experience. great accommodation with easy setting near the hospitals and shopping centre, a large shopping complex and box hill close to shops and restaurants. very good customer care, parking under ground.

The location was great and perfect, in the lovely gardens with easy access to a shopping centre and a supermarket.

the spacious room, complete with a washing machine and dryer, made family life easier. I enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Walking distance to shops and parks was a bonus, enhancing our family bonding with strolls at nearby Box Hill Gardens and Wattle Park.

The rooms were fantastic and reasonably spacious, featuring smoke detectors for our safety. the bathroom was clean and included a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets. the location is marvellous, set amidst lovely gardens.

Loved the room with disability access, my bed was very comfy. The swimming pool was heated and the breakfast was incredible. The atmosphere created was special. Location: the hotel was just next door to many eateries and supermarkets, Box Hill close to shops and restaurants and great restaurants and convenient parking.

The breakfast here is absolutely amazing! the rooms may be compact, but the beds are super comfy. the bathroom is really nice, featuring a bathtub, and the staff is incredibly helpful. 😊.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the center and trams, making it perfect for business trips with no complaints at all.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff at City Edge Box Hill warmly greeted me and ensured a smooth check-in process. The room was immaculately clean and had a modern design, providing a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel was extremely convenient, with easy access to trains, trams, shopping, and groceries. Additionally, the availability of hot water in the shower was a definite plus.

Although I would have preferred daily room service and refill of amenities, I understand that this may not be a standard offering. Additionally, the expectation to empty bins and bring them to the bin room might have been inconvenient.

Centrally located, clean spacious apartment with accommodating staff. Good amenities such as washing machine, dishwasher, and ironing board. Close proximity to hospital, shopping center, and public transport. Good water pressure in shower.

I had a great stay on a business trip. the hotel is centrally located near restaurants, a hospital, Box Hill easy PT access to the city, and Box Hill center. the breakfast was absolutely fantastic, and the check-in was easy.
